    I was miserable after the first 3 minutes of this video. You have consumed over 2000 calories by lunch time. That is your daily intake. Being spoiled rich and dumb is your issue. You don't comprehend healthy! Hire a professional. You have the money.

    I've lost 80lbs in a year (still going) and i promise you everything you're experiencing is normal. the cravings get easier. when you see the weight start to fall off you will be so motivated you won't want to ruin your progress. after a month or so of not eating sugar you are going to feel amazing. cheating isn't the end of the world. it's part of the journey. just keep going. i keep away from scales because i will self sabotage. i constantly have to tell myself "it's not that i'll never get to eat these cupcakes ever again. just not right now." if you're not going to do a full workout do a minimum of 5, 10, or 15 minutes. at least you got yourself moving and it's better than nothing. sometimes it's more about setting good habits than busting your ass. your workouts will get easier and you will feel so damn good when you realize it. KEEP GOING YOU ARE DOING GREAT.

    Drinking water first thing in the morning and also a morning walk outside could be a great change to start your day. Also,keep your carbs to about 40 carbs a day and the weight will fall off. Also, no soda! You got this girl! The hardest part about losing weight is to start a new routine in your eating habits and you've already taken the first step! You can do it!

    You can eat what you want you just have to switch to the healthier alternatives.. Goodluck on your journey, I’m on one as well down 20lbs in 3wks. Doing the OMAD & ADF diet. No eating after 5 I know it’s hard but we got this!! When you feel hungry just chug a water, and put yourself on a calorie deficit.

    Thank you so much for including that this is about HEALTH!! Not just about looking and feeling good, but protecting and honoring the body that you were given. Being conscious of how your body reacts to food is so important and people will often frame it as "fatphobic". To me, fatphobic is being nasty about the way someone looks. I think caring about your health and blood/body/mind is so healthy!!

    Hey Jaclyn I am not sure what your goal is but if it is to eat healthier and fuel your body the right way then you’ve already achieved that!!! But if it is to lose weight you need to track your calories! Although you’re eating healthy, you are adding weightless calories. YOU CAN STILL GAIN WEIGHT BY EATING HEALTHY. This was my issue for a long time until I actually began tracking my calories and simply eating more food that had less calories! I recommend watching Greg Doucette, he shows a lot of low calorie, and super filling meals! ❤️

    I'm right there with you. Except I've never been skinny. It is so hard. We get so emotionally attached to our comfort foods. The best thing is to try and keep reminding yourself of what you really want based on your long term goals. In the moment though.. it's so hard. So proud of you for being this vulnerable. That alone is inspiring. So many of us feel the same way you do. Just uncomfortable. Ugh. We'll get there!

    Have you tried to do a calorie deficiency diet rather than restricting all food?? I used my fitness pal for about a year and lost 3 stone I highly recommend!!! You can basically eat what you want but focus more on moderate and meal sizes

    I have “never give up”’ tattooed on my forearm so I can read it. It always gets better. It can get bad again but this is the ebb and flow of life. If everything was easy and perfect we wouldn’t appreciate it.

    Hi Jac have u try intermittent fasting? Work really well for me n best is during your eating hrs u can eat whatever u want. Of coz if u can limited unhealthy food would be the best. If u havent, hope u can consider. Wish u success in whatever u do 😊

    Try doing a good allergy test! I found out that I'm severely intolerant to gluten. It causes major inflammation. I swell like crazy! Also, a water pill will help with inflammation!

    I understand 100% I gained almost 100lbs. I hated myself. Found the courage for internal love and now I intermittent fast, I calorie count and I try to walk over 15k steps a day. It takes a lot to change but it's worth it. Have lost 45lbs and counting.

    Omg, my husband and I are about to get a gym membership starting at the beginning of October for the first time since we've been together (7 years) and I'm in the exact same place where I'm really motivated to get healthy for myself and hoping to be healthy enough to get pregnant in a couple of years Edit: I gained a ton of weight when I was stressed out about my wedding. Like wedding stress is real, you can be so excited and love the person so much, but the stress of putting so much shit together and wanting it to be so perfect is just Soo hard.

    The huge controversy with grains is mainly for the dogs. It’s known that people don’t need as many grains but should have some implemented in their diets. Boutique dog food brands decided it was fine to incorporate that to the dog food but turns out no grains is linked to dilated cardio myopathy(severe heart disease). They need the grains! It’s hard because many animals have grain allergies so I’m that case it’s for comfort for them to not have grains. That’s the huge deboggle 😊

    I started last Monday same weight because just had baby 4 trying to lose weight buy nov.7th my sister's wedding gotta fit back in a size 5 need to get back down to a comfy 140 -130 under that's to skinny for my body type I feel me and u are built the same too so journey up! Girl!!
